June 2015 - The Meador family celebrates 100 years of continual ownership and operation of the X Bar Ranch!

January 1, 2015 - X Bar Ranch Nature Retreat announces it is closing all trails to mountain biking effective immediately. This is a very tough decision we've had to make. We would like to thank all of the wonderful riders we had visit over the years. There are many good memories of the 12 X Bar Shoot Out mountain bike races and the hundreds of riders who came to pick their way through the "rock garden" over the past 15+ years- to all of you, many thanks and Happy Trails!
