8:00am-7:00pm: Course open for pre-riding.
8:30am - 7:00pm: Course open for pre-riding. Exposition area set-up available
+/- Noon - 2:00pm: Flat Rock Ranch Kid's Kup/Shimano Youth Series Event - Kids have their own area for practicing, racing and exploring the joys of mountain biking and the outdoors all for free!
1:00 pm: First Time Racer's Clinic at team area near Lodge/Registration
9:00am - 9:00pm: Packet pickup and Registration - No registration on Sunday morning
10:30pm: Gates are locked for the night at X Bar Ranch

Absolutely NO pre-riding on Sunday
All Day exposition area open
30 minutes before each race there is a mandatory racers meeting at the staging area
8:00 am: Start (Rain or Shine):
15km Race (Beginner) 1 x 9 mile loop
10 km (Junior 12 and under) 2 x 3 mile
loops,
5 km (Junior 10 and under) 1 x 3 mile loop,
9:00 am: Start (Rain or Shine):
26km (16.5 mile loop)
77 km (16.5 mile first loop, approx. 16 miles each for second
and third laps)
Points will be awarded to both the TMBRA XC and Marathon
Series.
P/S/E, 19-39 and Junior Expert racers that want to bring their points back to the TMBRA XC series will race
the 77 km. Expert 40+ can race either 77 or 26 km, and their TMBRA XC points will stop at 26 km. Sport racers can race
either 77 or 26 km, and their TMBRA XC points will stop at 26 km.
New longer (and wider) start for everyone; 26 and 77 km races will have approx. 5 miles of new double/single track on their course.
Minimum 75% cash payback for 77 km, $$$ will be added to Women's Expert purse by X Bar Ranch;
26 km merchandise to top 5 finishers;
15, 10 and 5km $800
minimum in merchandise given away by raffle.
All categories will receive COOL 1st-3rd awards,
and ribbons 4 th - 10 th place in each class.
Overall awards for the Texas Mountain Bike Championship Series &
Mad Duck Adventure Sports Texas Marathon Championship Series will be given out after the X Bar Shoot Out
awards.

On I-10 from Sonora (west bound) take Exit 388 on to FM 1312 West, to FM 2129, turn right onto 2129 and go +/- 7 miles to race site.
On I-10 from Ozona (east bound), take Exit 381 on FM 1312 East, to FM 2129, turn left onto 2129 and go +/- 7 miles to race site.

Food and Drinks - including water will be available all weekend.
You can bring a bag with a name tag attached to the start with food / water / ect. which will be transported to a Designated Pit Area 1/2 way through the loop. Water will be availible to fill your bottles at this same area as well.
Water will also be availible for all racers at Lookout Junction and for the 77 km racers at the finish / next lap area.
Team Area -limited space available, must call three weeks prior to race to reserve. First come, first serve.
Commercial Exposition Area- limited space available free to sponsors, must call three weeks prior to race to reserve.
The ranch is open daily.

Helmets must ALWAYS be worn when on your bike.
Everyone entering the race and ranch must sign a standard Liability Waiver, children 18 and under must have a parent/legal guardian sign a waiver.
