The Live Oak Lodge area consists of a lodge, accommodations in six private cabins, a bunkroom, tent campsites (3) and RV hook-ups (3) to meet the varying needs of our guests.
The Live Oak Lodge and Cabins are available for exclusive-use rental for group activities such as
family/class reunions, parties, weddings, business or church retreats, workshops or seminars. Otherwise, the lodge and
cabins are a great option for individuals, couples and families looking to get away from crowds and hustle and bustle.

Lodging prices are per night and include a self-catered
continental style breakfast, linens and activities.
Nightly Rates-

Daily mountain bike fee is $8. If RV or tent camping,
add $2.00/rider/day to camping fees.

Check-in: between 12-5 pm - When making reservations (required for all guests) please indicate your estimated time of arrival. We want to make sure that someone is around to greet you or that proper arrangements have been made for your arrival.
| Note: All Cabin rentals include 24-hour access to the Live Oak Lodge.
The Round House and Live
Oak Lodge and Cabins are within 3 miles of each other and are easily
accessible by most any vehicle.
All quarters listed
have air conditioning, heating and running hot water (except Bunkroom).
In-room linens are always provided on
beds in each house/cabin, towels are provided except to large groups- clarify upon inquiring/reserving.A full kitchen and bar-b-que grill is available at each
house/lodge. Each kitchen includes at least a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates
and glasses and utensils. The lodge has an ice machine.
Catering options for groups and special events may be arranged through the X Bar Ranch. When extra meals are not
available, guests are welcome to bring food to prepare themselves, or area restaurants are available.The self-catered continental style
breakfast consitst of: responsibly grown gourmet coffees, hot chocolate, tea, juices, bread, hot cereal, pastries, cereal bars. Milk & fruit
available upon request. All facilities are non-smoking. Pets are not
allowed on ranch, except guide animals. No daily maid service.
