Homemade Texas

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen first began in 1979 with founders Aubrey Good and Doug Rogers. They opened the restaurant with a vision, a vision of fresh prepared and cooked meals for their customers. They wanted their guest to taste home-cooking with their from-scratch recipes. Some of their top dishes are their House Smoked Baby Back Ribs, hand-battered country fried chicken, scratch burgers, and their homemade onion rings.

Other than their Homemade Onion Rings their appetizers include Santa Fe Spinach Dip, Chips & Homemade Queso, Cheddar's Cheese Fries, Cheddar's Trio Sampler, Kickin' Tenders, Texas-Sized Nachos, Honey Butter Croissants and Wisconsin Cheese Bites. Their homemade salads include Grilled Chicken Pecan Salad, Crispy Chicken Tender Salad, Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad, and Blackened Salmon Salad. They have two soups that are Crispy Chicken Tender Noodle Soup and the Baked Potato Soup.

Their hand batter chicken is included in dishes like Chicken Tender Platter, Country Fried Chicken, and Chicken Tender Parmesan. Their steaks include their signature 6oz Top Sirloin Steak, their 8ox Top Sirloin Steak, their 14oz Ribeye, and their 20oz Bourbon Bone-In Ribeye. Their ribs come in a full rack and half rack options. They are marinated in a homemade rub and grilled with a honey BBQ sauce. Their Seafood includes Grilled Salmon, Grilled White Fish, Blackened Salmon & Shrimp, Hand-Breaded Fried Shrimp and Cornmeal White Fish.

Their homemade sides include their loaded bakes potato, fresh steamed broccoli, freshly made coleslaw, broccoli cheese casserole, sweet baby carrots, Buttered off-the-cob corn, southern green beans, seasoned rice, Idaho mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and classic french fries.

These delightful dishes and more await guests at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. Although their restaurant has expanded into a franchise, their dishes are still made from scratch for real homemade tastes. For a real taste of Texas, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a must-visit for those vacationing in Texas.
