The Bird Song cabin offers guests more elbow room as well as a more self-contained facility than the standard cabins with twice the space, its own kitchen, a larger bathroom and a private deck with b-b-q grill. In addition to the queen bed, there is a loft above the bathroom for younger ones (but not too little) and a sofa-bed, a twin memory foam. The cabin also features DishTV and wi-fi. Take in the quiet and scenic view of the pond and unobstructed distant view from the deck with this facility being slightly removed from the Live Oak Lodge & Cabins. Trails are open all year except for 2 weeks in spring; Pool open late May – Sept. Pets are allowed: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including in beds and must always be on a leash when outdoors. They are not allowed in common areas (pool, inside lodge, outside area around lodge including cook shed, on the hiking trail, etc.) If these rules are violated, we will charge up to $150 depending on clean up required or infraction that was made.
